Smoky Quartz—An Online Literary Journal

Smoky Quartz is MWG’s online journal of literature and art, named after New Hampshire’s state gem. Writers and artists with strong connections to New Hampshire are featured in each issue. We publish poetry, short fiction, and creative nonfiction, and a diverse selection of art and photography.

Here in our sixth print anthology, the Monadnock Writers’ Group brings together 65
poems, 12 prose works and 13  photographs that capture the power of memory to enrich our lives today and   inform the future.
