On September 22, the winning entries in our summer poetry contest were permanently placed on the trail at Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge alongside last year’s winners. Our judge, Tim Mayo (pictured here), read an intriguing selection of his poetry. The contest winners and other finalists also read their poems in the meeting hall and then again on the trail.
The winning entries were:
Snow Melt by Jessie Salisbury
Spawn by William Doreski
Saps Running by Stephen Seraichick
The other finalists were:
Tones by Ann Day
Moonrise by Johnathan Blake
Pasture Rose by William Doreski
I Made the Stream Run Good Today by Kathryn Newman Schongar
